Kinaa: Jurnal Kepemimpinan Kristen dan Pemberdayaan Jemaat  features four manuscripts contributed by scholars and universities in Indonesia in this issue. The editorial team, together with the reviewers, has done a thorough evaluation of the four published submissions. This issue features two manuscripts with political themes. The first manuscript discusses the concept of hospitality following the village head election, while the second manuscript explores the ethical position of the Church in the upcoming 2024 electoral year. Two other manuscripts adopt a biblical perspective to emphasize adolescent leadership and mentoring leadership challenges. The four manuscripts were authored by six people affiliated with five universities in Indonesia.
