Abstract

Abstract: This research comprehensively integrates traditional, transformational, and Christian leadership principles. In a constantly evolving world, adaptive and inclusive leadership models are becoming increasingly important to achieve sustainable organizational success. Traditional leadership often emphasizes hierarchical structures and centralized decision-making, while transformational leadership focuses on inspiration, motivation, and innovation. On the other hand, Christian leadership integrates the values of ethics, service, and love as the foundation for carrying out leadership roles. This study combines various literature and empirical research to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each of these leadership approaches. By utilizing this multidimensional approach, this study aims to provide insights into how blending these three types of leadership can create a more holistic and practical leadership model. The results of the analysis show that this integration can meet the organization's operational needs and improve morale and work ethic among team members. The conclusion of this study shows that organizations can benefit significantly by synergistically applying elements from traditional, transformational, and Christian leadership. Practical recommendations are given for leaders who wish to apply this combination in their context to build a more inclusive and value-oriented organizational culture.
